Warranty and RMA Information

NGXI offers 1 year warranty on all end customer purchases.

Warranty covers DOA (Dead on Arrival) equipment or equipment that fails to perform to manufacturers’ operating specifications. Warranty does not cover misuse and/or damage due to improper installation and/or operation of the equipment. Items can not be returned without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Authorized refunds are issued within 5 business days after receipt of equipment at NGXI facilities. Any repairs or exchange of equipment are done within 5 business days of receipt of equipment at NGXI facilities.

Extended warranties are also available. Please consult with a NGXI sales representative for more information.

Payment Methods Purchase Policy

NGXI accepts the following payment methods:

Wire Transfer

For international orders, we accept the following payment method: Wire Transfer

All orders are subject to authorization of funds.

 
 
Fedex Shipping

We ship all orders on receipt of full payment or purchase order. Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. Our preferred shipping service is FEDEX. Customers may also arrange to use their own shipping service at their own risk.

Sales Tax

We apply state sales tax to orders shipped within the state of California.

Customers outside of California are responsible for paying applicable state sales tax.

1. What types of equipment assets qualify for NGXI buyback?

NGXI accepts all types of business equipment including networking and telecom equipment. Contact NGXI for equipment asset assessment of other types of equipment not listed here.

2. Does the equipment have to be in working condition?

No, NGXI accepts equipment assets in working condition or non-working condition. NGXI performs comprehensive inspection and testing of the equipment before issuing buyback offer and/or payment.

3. How does NGXI issue payment?

NGXI issues payment by company check.

4. Is there any fee imposed on cancelled orders?

All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

5. Must all the equipment assets be at a single location?

No. For equipment buyback, NGXI can arrange the shipping of the equipment assets to NGXI facilities. For purchases, customer is responsible for shipping charges.

6. Does NGXI offer equipment procurement planning?

Yes, NGXI can consult on equipment procurement planning which includes planned obsolescence and disposal. NGXI works as an extension of the IT department or procurement department thus assisting companies to save money on purchases and retain the most cash value for any existing unused or obsolete equipment.
