APPRAISAL: Our appraisal includes inspection and testing. After compiling an equipment asset list and performing tests, we determine the highest market value of the equipment assets in both retail and wholesale value. RECONDITION AND WARRANTY: We perform all necessary repairs to recondition the equipment to manufacturer’s original specifications and include a 1-year warranty to the end customer. We recondition the equipment to prepare the equipment for sale. SALES AND LOGISTICS: We handle all aspects of advertising and sales of the equipment. We screen prospective buyers and complete the sales transaction. During the sales transaction, we negotiate the highest sale price of the equipment. Our secure warehouse manages the storage, packing, and shipping of the sold equipment. CUSTOMER SERVICE: We extend our service beyond the sale by also including customer service for handling warranty support and RMA management.
